Show me your most downloaded lot, household, or room

I'd love to see what is your one most downloaded item. Funny enough my most downloaded item is a lot, but it was my very first Shell, in other words there is no landscaping, no floor plan, no furni...

@Christabelle73 If you don't mind, I think I'd like to tackle that shell. It looks like a lot of fun!

@wendyology Congrats on the Maxis favorite! I can tell you put a lot of work into it. I love the description about the flowers. Cute!

@Xinqun Congrats also on the Maxis favorite! Sometimes its the simplest things that attract attention. I do think your design is interesting though. I love the greenery around the pool in the back.
