A current family im playing a lot is the product of Bella and Vlad in sims4.
I wanted to incorporate some of Bella Goth’s original story, so basically after being returned from being abducted by aliens, she had partial amnesia. She doesn’t remember Mortimer or her children, but remembers her name and kept the core of her personality. Some time afterwards and coping with her predicament, she got lost and ran across Forgotten Hallow, and from that, Vlad Straud.
When it comes to canon of the game, I can’t imagine Vlad marrying and definitely not having children, but y’know, for the story.
So yea, basically Vlad wasted no time in turning her, and later married her. She got a glow up and new wardrobe, then later became pregnant with twin girls, Vissahris and Dior (This family in particular has very exotic names). Unfortunately Vissahris was born blind.
While they was both still babies, Bella quickly got pregnant again and had twin boys Blakeif and Melbourne….and then again. It’s fairly evident I love my sims having a lot of babies. I planned for this pregnancy to be the last and wanted twin girls, but she had twin boys instead, Branwen (meaning white raven) and Cadell.
Each child has a purpose in the well being and growth of the family to keep its title as one of the most influential vampire families. Some will have more powerful roles then others, but each one of them is important. When they come of age (currently all children), Vlad will try to marry them off to other vampires or people of influence to strengthen connections and ties, furthermore contributing to the power of the Straud family.
He’s sent Cadell off to a strictly vampire boarding school to learn the trade of business so he can handle that area when he’s older.
Dior is already a charmer and snagging boyfriends at only 12. She takes greatly after her mother, more so then the other children (black hakr, tan, likes red).
Right now, Vissahris is currently bitter, having to be plagued with the loss of sight and the unfortunate feud between her and her brother, Blakeif. Unfairly, Vlad is already lining up his children for the title of heir. Vissahris, despite her blindness, and Blakeif are the contenders, and they therefor compete in everything. Vlad doubts his daughter ability, being a girl and blind, but still wants to see. It’s really unfair to both of them. Luckily for Vissahris, when it comes to vampiric strength, she is the most naturally gifted (Melbourne following). When she becomes a teen, her powers will fully form and will aid her in her blindness (enhanced senses). Aside from the fight for heir, I don’t know what her role will be when she’s older,
Melbourne already has a passion for swordplay and has made up his mind he will be the fighter of the family.
Blakeif is the close opposite of Branwen, being arrogant, having no emotional control, and etc.
Branwen is a really empathic person and is very close to Vissahris (not out of pity), even helping her setting up her room. He helped set up tree and cloud decals and paints on her wall and also set up a mat for her to do yoga on since the serene of the forest helps calm her down from her stress. I love their bond.
