I've not had any triplets in Sims 4 yet. I've had them in Sims 3, but Sims 3 is messed up for me right now (annoying, but not a huge loss when I have Sims 2 and 4). I've seen that there are cheats for multiple births so I will try them! In my third Sims 4 save game (not the Farnleys or Smiths, this family are based in San Myshuno) the mom is pregnant (she already has two kids, one bio and one adopted), perfect opportunity. Hope it works...
