Sim Record of Achievement

Hi Everyone,

I'm probably about to display both my age and my obsessiveness! Also, I hope I'm sharing this in the right place ... I've never posted on the forum before. I know there are lots of statistics available in the game to track your Sim's progree, but I just prefer having a paper version in front of me, so I've been working on a little "Record of Achievement" document. I don't know if anyone else would like one of those, but I thought I'd share it here.

It's arranged in four JPEGs as a booklet. I use MS Word. To print them as a booklet, I set up a new document in landscape. Put the margins to zero. Drag and drop the jpg files (the number on the document file corresponds to the page number in the new document). Click on each image and drag from the corner/edge until each one fills a page. I then print double-sided, flipping on the short edge. Once printed, I fold the two pages in half and staple together.

The front page of the folded booklet starts "Record of Achievement"; P2 "Childhood"; P3 "University Years"; P4 "Adulthood"; P5 "Aspirations and Reward Traits"; P6 "Skills"; P7 "Frogs and City Food Tasting"; P8 "Jungle Foods and Plant Grafting"

It's mostly just tick-boxes with a few spaces for text. I the university section, I've added a "quick check" timetable, where I usually just put an X in the times the Sim has a class each day. I've also added a few checklists and notes that I've found I'm always looking up. Obviously, it isn't exhaustive and I don't have all the expansions, but someone might just like it, so here it is!

Enjoy or ignore as you choose! 🙂

I’m so glad you like it and that I’m not the only one thinking about creating checklists and spreadsheets for a game! 😊
