[SwMDS] Getting Back Into Building & Loving It!
Greetings Fellow Simmers, As a loooooonnnnnggg time Sims gamer (started in 2000), I've build over that time with all the iterations of the game I have played. I have a tendency to tweak builds to suit my needs. However, lately, I've returned to adding my own creations. I have built the SimChella Lot, My Real Kitchen and a few others. Today I'm sharing images of my newest build. It is actually a tent created from watching a video. I wanted to test whether it could be built in the game. Hope to share the lot soon. Storyline request
I have a family of four. Dad is a merman. Mom is not. They have a toddler son who is a merchild, and an infant daughter who is not. I wanted to explore the game play of Island Living, but I don't know where to start. I'm having trouble coming up with a story for this family to play out to give me some direction. Help, please!
Strangerville: Shadows in the Dust | A Manicpot8to LP
Something's off in strangerville, but no one's saying it out loud. The air buzzes with secrets, the neighbors act strange, and the military presence is just a little too strong for a sleepy desert town. This story follows three threads converging: A secretive base with an agenda no one's willing to explain. Gloria, a newcomer with nothing left to lose and a knack for noticing what others ignore. And Bo, a loner who came to find the truth while hiding a secret of her own. Each character is drawn here for different reasons. Some came seeking answers. Others? Planned only to pass through. But no matter the reason, they all stay... because something won't let them leave. All this unfolds across my custom Strangerville builds, and each update will reveal more of the mystery. NEW CHALLENGE - Forgotten Heirlooms Legacy Challenge
I have created a new Sims 4 Challenge! I would love it if you checked it out. Here is a brief overview/introduction to the challenge: This 10-generation challenge follows the story of a family who is trying to uncover their ancestors’ secrets, through a collection of mystical artefacts. Legend speaks of a powerful artefact, the "Eye of Ra," hidden somewhere in the world. Its purpose and appearance remain a mystery, but whispers suggest it holds the key to something BIG. The founding sim, driven by a recurring dream, embarks on a quest to find this item, leaving behind a legacy that compels future generations to continue the search. My first time using wedding stories in my legacy household, it was super cute and worked really well. That was until my heir (who is pregnant with Daddy Winter's Baby!!!) peed herself. only to then get home and welcome baby Holly with her new husband who is totally unaware he isnt the Dad!! They named her Holly as if that wasnt enough of a clue?!?! (Photos below) Would love to see or hear your wedding sucsess or disasters below!!! Dad' Francis is thrilled being a Father to Aria and Holly. As if the name wasnt a clue HE IS NOT THE DAD!!!
New tattoos!
I will be looking for CC, but I want space tattoos to give my Sim that I have started adventure for fun through the plot living with my Sim and and her husband. Her husband is the one that so enthused like Howard Wolowitz, besides their couple tattoos. There's nothing as cute as the bunnies. Something like the abducting cow from the t-shirt and the moon phase from Spellcasters wall art would be nice.
Story Telling Questions
Sul Sul, fellow Simmers! Long time gamer, new to the forums. I have a question about story telling and posting. I love to write but capturing my Sims as they go is not exactly my forte. So long as I introduce them with pictures, and a bit of background, would I be able to write without photos following along, or would it be too confusing, or possibly go against group rules. Thanks for the help and happy playing!
