SimNation/Simtopia game idea

So many want open worlds, beaches, mountains, ski resorts, rural farm lands... why not incorporate a system similar to Cities Skylines with the foundation of The Sims, this way we could create a world...

I think no computer would be able to stand this kind of game, it sound amazing tho and I wish it could be real ( ;u;)
