Oooo this is simply nightmarish! So creepy! It’s a bit simplistic, but at the same time it’s not. All the creepy little details like the spiders, the webs, the bloody makeup, and the protruding bones really helps sell the twisted nature of this. The stitched mouth does look a little odd though. Is that thread or blood? I also gotta say that this sorta similar to the example pic. Not a bad thing, but I wish there was more to this. Something more different to wow me!

This picture reminds me of the original picture I saw in the example. All close together and all in the same order too. I like the dark side of it with the blood and the skin effects with the bones showing under the skin. It makes it seem like a dead person, but not. Maybe some kinda supernatural being … which is creepy! I like you’re editing with the beautiful light and shade along with the simple but effective background. Spiders are an instant 'ick' factor for me, so I think you did really well.

You never fail to impress, and the key to that is your attention to detail. There isn’t a lot going on, but everything that is in this picture is there for a purpose. Nora’s skeleton looking skin, but long hair create a juxtaposition that I totally get. The make-up is simple but effective and the spiders tie in the creepiness.

Yessss Vana! Thank you for doing an scene rather than a portrait type of shot. You’re the only one to do that. I also love how Cam is large and in charge with a harem of Aces. Lucky guy. lol Now I gotta say that is sorta cluttered and confusing. I see “See No Evil” and “Speak No Evil”, but “Hear No Evil” is on the side with some weird looking head piece thing over his ears. What is that? Seems like that Ace was an afterthought. I do like the setting and idea of the overall scene, but I wish the focus was more on the senses (see, speak, and especially hear). I think you could have zoomed in more too. Nevertheless, I’m happy you tried do something completely different with this. Awesome work!

To me this looks like a really creepy role play of sorts. All the characters are there and all playing a part with their odd features. I noticed all the different skin textures and the entire scene. It looks great … the darkness of the actual shot and the dark clothes all fits well into the idea of this contest. But on another angle it also has my eyes wandering all over the place. At first the guy on the couch I thought was the one without hearing… until in the dark I saw the other guy on his knees. Complicated shot yes, but still fantastic.

You definitely took the Hear No Evil, See No Evil, Speak No Evil and put your creative Vana twist to it. This is definitely the creepiest entry you have given us (and seeing your past assignments that is saying a lot). There is just too much other stuff going on. It distracts you and pulls the attention away from Ace. And Ace has such a unique and powerful style it is a shame to see all of the other clutter in the picture take away from it.

Yep! I’m officially frightened! This actually startled me when you posted it. It’s disturbing in the most awesome way! I love how you use different creepy crawlies to depict each lost of sense. The worms gross me out especially! Ewwww! It’s such a creative take on the proverb! It’s a shame you didn’t get creative with the background. I think that’s what’s missing here. Otherwise, it’s one of the more creative takes on this. One thing tho. Try to fix the glitchy bend on the elbow next time too with smudge. Just a minor thing. Keep up the good work!

Oh my goodness so creepy, bugs and stuff coming out of mouths and eyes is just something you would see from the dead… it gives me the creeps makes me shiver a bit which means you did the task right! Because simply twisted is always about the creepy and the twisted. While all your content is here, it does seem a little bit beige. Like it needs that extra something to make your picture more interesting. Perhaps a really creepy background or something would have done the job.

I can’t even begin to tell you how creepy this photo is. You picked my least favorite creepy crawly animals and used them in this picture. But it was in a very creative way what represents the See No Evil, Hear No Evil, Speak No Evil. The only real opportunity that I can see here is that a different background. The black is a bit basic and makes the overall picture darker than it really is.
