Thanks for reviving the list!
Here's a link to Rival Dynasties Challenge. This is a rotational challenge in which 3 different families try to "win" by moving descendants into houses in Newcrest or some other town.
You might also include The Ten-Gen Townie Dynasty Challenge. Start with a premade founder and move the founder and each subsequent heir into a different house with their townie spouse. The catch is that, like in the ISBI Challenge, you can control only the heir except on "free days" which you earn each time you collect 10 points.
