I was just wondering because I use paint.net which is free,yes it does not do all the things that photoshop can do but I find paint.net so easy to use,I have used it for a few years now esp for editing and when I was in the comps :-)

Ah as you said you want to try out cc creating then photoshop prob is the best,I used to have the latest version of photoshop but it was way too complicated when I wanted to do an edited assignment lol :-)
