I think that small dogs/puppies/cats should be able to sleep on a toddler's bed with the toddler, and cats & small - big dogs should be able to sleep on normal beds regardless of the number of Sims on said bed.
Also, rabbits would be an amazing addition, and we should be able to control them like we would do with cats/dogs/horses.
