I kind of had a feeling that the next check-in was close. Soooo... I'm checking in early.
However(!) ... BECAUSE of my new job (that i just had orientation for, YESTERDAY - october 1, 2021), what ever "free time" I will have -- and it's not gonna be much, I'm afraid :( -- is when I will have to TRY and work on my buddy's gift. ((*since i don't drive, i HAVE TO BE up nearly 4 to 5 hours **BEFORE** i have to start work, so i can make sure that i eat *some*thing, and be at the FIRST bus stop to catch *that* to get to the SECOND bus, and then on to work))
I will "do my best" to finish *WHAT* I had started.
WHEN IT COMES TIME FOR GIFTING.... pffffft :| Yeah. I will have to see *what* I can do during that time.
