You've brought up my two favorite EPs in TS3. I definitely would like to see some form of Supernatural especially witches and alchemy make a return. I hope they put as much thought and work into it as they did in TS3.
As for World Adventures, I'd like to see that come back as game packs rather than an EP. World Adventures was finite. I wanted them to continue to add new worlds with new tombs and skills which of course they never did and probably never planned to. If they did all their vacationing and adventuring expansions as game packs, it could be almost infinite. We have Outdoor Retreat which brings camping and herbalism and other small adventures. They could just keep going from there.
