I'm not asking to have it mocked. I was more asking for it honestly, so that the issues are not some unfamiliar condition. It would be a ton of work to get right, but what if life simulations helped others understand those that had these issues?

Lactose intolerance might need more work than it was given.

The Sims never does anything hyper realistic and there’s always an element of humor so I just do not see how it could be done without Twitter and the forums filling up with people screaming at the devs about how insensitive it is, I also am sure there will be twitchtv streams and YouTubers who will use it to make fun of people and do cruel things which will also cause people to be absolutely up in arms about it. I just see it causing tons of trouble and hurt feelings.
