Not all games are like that, though. Some games are dark, just like films (and etc.), and this doesn't mean they have nothing to contribute. Some people want their disabilities represented and understood. Some don't. That is why we are having this conversation for Sims 4.
I 100% understand if a dev wanted to share their experience with a disability through a game (s)he made, and I do not think it is fair to call them "cruel, prejudice(d), mean & wrong" for that.
