More or less agreed @LadyEmillye. I do not think the Sims as a franchise could absolutely never have disabilities, but I do not think it is in the cards for 4 and I understand why it would be very difficult to do in this type of game.
I agree with discussing it, @Gamer_34567544, but this topic has seen a fair bit of discussion. Both in a number of threads and having been mentioned by devs. Granted, the latter more or less said they wanted to do it but were still researching how it would be possible. I can nearly guarantee it has been decided to ignore/dismiss the topic entirely in public unless they can deliver. They will probably never want to admit they will not do it because of the possible backlash.
This thread would probably be more constructive in asking which disabilities people want represented and how, since it devolves into this unless we are looking at more explicit details.
