Instead of a poll why not have a discussion on what should be included in it and draw up a concept of what it should look like. That might, very loosely might, help you change minds if you are so keen on this idea. It would be a lot better than a poll.

But I still stand by my opinions in the other thread. I am unconvinced this will ever come to pass.
