Bret and Axel are a jock and a nerd who bonded over sports. Bret loves to perform sports, while Axel rather watches it. These unlikely two friends go way back.
Bret and Axel are very nice! :) It is nice that although they are both different with one being a jock and the other a nerd, they are both friends and enjoy sports. Axel’s hairstyle is very nice. Very nice exterior design of Modern Bachelor Pad for 2! :) The type of pattened windows used looks very nice. The water fountains feature is a nice touch. Very nice roof covered outdoors living patio! Sims will enjoy sitting chatting on the sofas and armchairs there. The pool, hot tub, chess and outdoors dining patio is very nice! Sims will enjoy swimming in the pool, playing chess, relaxing in the hot tub, and eating food at the table that they have cooked on the bbq. Very nice furnishing of the interior! The open plan kitchen, dining and living room is very nice. The industrial, crockery and drinks. cabinets look great on the kitchen wall. Nice angled dining table nook for Sims to enjoy eating meals with sunlight coming in through the patterned windows. They will enjoy sitting on the sofa watching tv on the large screen or have fun playing console games. Very nice furnishing of each bedroom! It looks great that Bret’s room has sports touches to reflect him playing sport. He will enjoy keeping fit using the weights machine, and his sporting trophies are proudly on display! Axel’s room looks nice with a book shelf for him to read books, and a computer for him to enjoy using as he is a nerd. The sims and their home are very nice! :)
@illusie Bret and Axel are handsome! Deja and Audrina are sure to like their new neighbors. The modern Bachelor pad for 2 is quite nice!! LOVE the exterior look and the interior has plenty of appeal too.
@ADWilson, thank you <3 I hadn't used those windows before and it looks really good in this house. This was the first bachelor pad I made. I uploaded another bachelor pad for a DNA request earlier this month. They are actually fun to make, while I expected it would be challeging.

I just love the details you add that gives your builds realism. ( im a lazy builder i always neglect to add those finer touches) I will be raiding your gallery for some of those victorian houses you mentioned too.
