I think a pack like this could be enhanced by Seasons but not require it, its not going to be something like animal clothing or furniture that requires another pack to use. They could just do a lot type like ski resort that always has snow on the ground and if you have Seasons you gain Seasons features but not having Seasons does not take away from what the ski resort pack has to offer.
