Smarter Whims

This has been mentioned on other threads, but I haven't seen a thread of it's own. Basically, having whims that make more sense. Having the whim to get engaged BEFORE the whim to get married, and not having either AFTER they've are already engaged or married. A "renew vows" whim would make more sense (srsly, I didn't even know that was a thing we could do because I never saw the whim for it). No more whims to buy things while not on our home lot, since we can't buy anything there anyway and often it's things already owned by the sim just not right in front of them at the moment? Whims for family oriented sims that were more about having children and interacting with them than buying toys every two days.

Just...smarter whims.
  • @FanPhoria there's an issue in my opnion of the "move out wish" for YA kids. What's if a person's playing a legacy and according to rules the heir(ess) can't move out (unless for story purposes)?
