Actually, that's an interesting idea. And the different worlds could have their own unique special chance cards. I could bring out those out of my mind:
- Depending on the world, your sim sees a gathering happening and they could join in or just walk by. If they join, they can either gain or lose relationship with members of the club that usually gathers at that world.
- In Granite Falls, your sim could spot a bear. If they choose to interact with the bear, it could just turn out that it is just a sim in bear costume. Otherwise, they'll get injured.
- In Forgotten Hollow, your sim could meet a vampire. They can socialize with them, which could either increase relationship with a random vampire or decrease it and give the same moodlet that comes when a vampire bites a sim.
- In Del Sol Valley, your sim could spot a celebrity. They could either strike up a conversation, which could either result in an increase to relationship with random celebrity or just get ignored and a sad moodlet.
- Selvadorada could just reuse those chance cards that come up when opening up and exploring a new path.
- In StangerVille, your sim could happen upon something strange. They could investigate it, which could give some StrangerVille evidence. In addition, there could be many different chance cards depending on how far are you in the story.
- In Glimmerbook, your sim could find something strange. Choosing to investigate it may give them either a wand, a potion, or a potion ingredient. However, it may instead get them to be a target of a random spell.
- Britechester could feature an event where your sim meets other students. This will not only affect the relationship, but also helps to raise the final grade.
- Mt. Komorebi could feature events where your sim could find a wall to climb on. They can try to climb it, increasing their rock climbing skill, but with a risk of getting injured.
- Henford-On-Bagley could feature events where your sim could get something, like animal treats, jams, harvestables etc.
- In Tartosa, your sim could frequently happen to see a wedding. They could join in uninvited. which makes your sim know a random married couple, though with some positive or negative relationship.
- In Moonwood Mill, especially at full moon, your sim could see a werewolf. They could either fight it, try to socialize with it, or run away and hide (the "ignore button"). The first two options upon failure will get your sim injured and sometimes even give them werebies and a major relationship loss with a random werewolf. The first option could give your sim a confident moodlet and the second option could increase the relationship with a random werewolf.
- Copperdale could feature chance card for teens mostly to test out viral urban myths.
It is a fun thing to think about...
