Space Themes?

I can't really choose one thing.

I'd want some sort of new world, and I'd want it sequestered from the other worlds so that I don't have space folks running around Willow Creek, or the Goths or whoever just strolling around on Mars or visiting my space station. In fact, if they can include a tool to sequester any neighborhood so that the player can move between them, or invite sims from them, but they won't just automatically drop by, that would be great, if not particularly sci-fi themed.

I'd like a lot of CAS and b/b stuff that's recognizable from different movies and TV shows, but not necessarily anything themed to a single show.

And I'd like a return of the buildable rabbithole time machine from TS3. Maybe let us customize it while we're at it to look like a couple of different styles of phone box or steampunky or whatever.
