I've got another one for you, I tried to see how big I could go on the 20k budget...this one is 20k on the nose lol!
Eastleigh Family Sized Starter - $20,000 (Yes, they'll be broke...but happy!)
I decided to do another starter as I am trying to work out how to reduce the build costs. This time I challenged myself to do a real family sized starter so this one has three bedrooms and two bathrooms with room to expand and landscape the garden.
