I'm really bad at making smaller houses, but this one turned out okay. It costs exactly $19,999 when placed on the lot Pebble Burrow. It's completely unfurnished and I'm using it for my $1 challenge, but it's available on the gallery. :smiley:

I tried to make the place look kind of worn out by making the floorboards look ripped up and replaced.
