Your Mini Modern home is very nice @kipperfan01 :) The roofing is great and it looks nice how you have done the covered over front entrance area to the home. It looks very nice how yiu have placed the flowers either side of the front door on the edges of the front of the home. They are very nice for sims to enjoy seeing when coming to the home. Great layout of the interior of the home. The curved island bar stool counter is great! It looks great how you have done the corner of kitchen cabinets. Sims will enjoy painting on the easel in the living room.
It is a nice starter home. :)
