Good Start is a very nice starter home @vickynini :) The open shutter flowerbox windows are very pretty! The type of white fencing that you have used suits the type of home. The blue colour and the texture of the exterior of the home is very nice. Nice backyard outdoors dining area. Sims will enjoy cooking meals on the grill there, and eating the food in the sunshine at the picnic table. It is nice that you have a curved back patio in the build. Very nice layout of the interior of the home. The blue colour scheme of the kitchen and dining area is very nice. The bar stool counter is great! The floor rug in the master bedroom adds a nice look in the room.
