Boracay Beach Starter is very nice! @pronterus :) The roofing is very nice! It looks very so very nice how you have used the spandrels in the build! Very nice design of the home. The flowers, rocks and plants look very nice how you have placed them in the front and back areas of the build! The wraparound porch is very nice! It looks nice how you have used the shutters in the build. Nice backyard pool patio. Sims will enjoy sitting poolside on the seats enjoying the sunshine, or have fun swimming in the pool. It is great that you have an outdoors bathroom. The layout of the interior is nice.
