Hi Everyone!
I love starter homes (trying to make and browsing the gallery for ones to use)!
here is one I created not too long ago. I added the autumn mod to my game, which i love! in case things seem a little off lol
Cost $17020 simoleons

I left a small space in the back that would be good for a pool or a hot tube depending on what works best. In my game I added a pool, which as you can see in the SS is not there yet. For some reason the roof was my kryptonite :( ...but the house still works the way the roof is currently.
