This was inspired by a house near where I live. The ground floor is slightly more spacious than I usually budget for, and the cost of all the architectural detail is that there's not a lot left over for furniture ... or for much decoration, or for anything more than the most basic wallpaper and flooring. It's definitely a house to grow into, with potential for a lot of improved decoration down the road.
One thing I forgot to mention in the upload is that it's also #nocc and #nomods. I don't think I used anything from outside the base game, either.
