I've built some more starters since Mini Mint, but I always forget to share in this thread...
There are a lot of them, so for more info visit my showcase thread (you won't find the last ones in there though, I'm a bit behind when it comes to updating) or my Simblr, both linked in my signature.
The first 4 are from my Neigbourhood Redevelopment project, all have 2 or more bedrooms.
Windenburg
1 Old Shipwright Court - residential; 30x20; 3 bed; 2 bath; 17.908; GT; NoCC, NoMOO, play tested.

Then there are my other under 10K starters (including lot cost), they're cute and tiny and all base game only. All three are based on the hallways of big houses I've build before (I see a huge hallway and go all: Oh, I can fit an entire house in there!)
