Starter House Renovation Fun

If anyone is interested, I thought it might be fun to take starter houses (from any world) and post our renovations of them. I renovate starter houses a lot for single sims, couples, or small families...

Ok um ACTUALLY I think that we should keep the monetary limit at 20k simoleons, because when I tried 50k with a small starter house it was like...when will I run out of cash? lol. the 20k was def more of a challenge, but it still wound up pretty nice for a starter house. So how does 20k sound, and no unlocking locked items?
