Ah the innocence of childhood to try and turn everyone into a father. It's all so simple, "hey mister, can you be my dad?" If only like worked that way, kid.
So funny. Everyone had different ideas on Reid living or dying... and yes, poor Ben. He really wanted Reid to be his father. He looked like his real father and paid attention to him like he wished his real father did. It was just too easy for him to fall into that idealized image of what he wanted his dad to be and it was ripped away from him. Kids talk - right. He is at the age he knows about the birds and the bees...lol.
