Streamlining Lot Challenges ft. DLCs

I'd love to have one for alien abductions. They rarely ever happen unless you're in the science career, and I'd love them to be more common in certain places like Strangerville.

Another one could make everything, including bills, cost more. This would be great for sims who have more money than they know what to do with.

They could also add one that makes disasters more frequent, like fires and electrocution, and causes sims to die more easily from these things.
