I would definitely go for a pack like this. I love your ideas! Throw in a winter themed, mountainous destination with skiing, snowboarding and sledding and I'm sold!
I love the idea of the French/Italian world. Champs Les Sims was beautifully done in Sims 3 and a world introducing Nectar Making again would be very welcome, especially by my snobby sims!
