I mean what I really want more than anything is an alpine ski chalet, but that just doesn't make sense in a world where Seasons exists--you'd need cold temperatures (and death by cold) and actual snow, and that's the whole draw of Seasons.
The rest of the year the world would look just like Granite Falls, too, so it's really quite pointless.
I've thought about this a lot. I think they could get away with there being a snowy-style terrain paint for the aesthetics and still have the skiing etc. Having Seasons would enhance the experience, definitely. But I don't think it's end up too controversial (although with this community, you never know) having a snow terrain paint to use, to make the world look snow-covered all the time. Then if you have Seasons installed, it could have permanently colder temperatures, more snow falling etc.
Why have snow all the time? On sunny days you could visit the chalet for lunch, fresh air, spa and massages, sun bathe, maybe collect some plants and insects along the way, take pictures of wildlife like bears, foxes, wolves, rabbits, eagles and nightowls. It doesn't have to be all about skiing and snow.
