SUPER SIM CHALLENGE - THE TEEN YEARS - MOVING TO COPPERDALE

It is Sunday, and the first day of Winter. Oh gosh! Not a great way to start rags to riches living in the outdoors. I hope she doesn't freeze to death.
But luckily for Bailee, I made a Tier 1 tiny residential shell of a house for her. It doesn't have any walls, but it does have a roof. Everything on the lot is from debug, except the mailbox. It is worth 0 simoleons. She has moved to the 20 x 15 Town Square Terrace lot in Prescott Square. There was a house there, but I bulldozed it. Her lot traits are set to teen neighborhood and study spot. i also checked Bailee's reward traits and she had enough points to purchase the frugal trait, which will help with the bills.
I have played this world before, and normally start a rags to riches on the Little Falls Nook empty lot, but thought I would try something different this time. On the Little Falls Nook lot, I placed a bowling alley downloaded from the gallery.

These are the items in the Household inventory that are Bailee's. The dresser is a reward for a Gold Birthday Party. She received birthday gifts of a lump of coal (really? lol), and a cookie jar. And, of course, her Drama club Accolade Award. These items will be placed on her lot in Copperdale

She has quite a bit in her personal inventory. I switched to the appropriate aspirations, and she opened up the simmi capsule that she got in Mt. Komorebi, the fossils and the statues. She also received a lot of seed packs from the gnomes at Harvestfest, and surprisingly, the 3 gnomes fit in her inventory, too.

Because she was moving, she also quit the club that she and her Dad were in to boost her skills. And so after a tearful good-bye from Everett...his little girl is growing up...Bailee is whisked off to Copperdale to her new home.

Bailee puts a few items on her lot. She had knitted the mailbox, pouf and rug. As already mentioned, Everett gave her the sleeping bag, cooler and lantern that he started with. Everett crafted the violin and guitar and gifted them to Bailee. It doesn't look too bad. And to Bailee this is Home Sweet Home.
Yes, she has a lot of items in personal inventory and I could sell those through her inventory to get her some simoleons, but wanted her to get a selling table to do that. Any simoleons she makes will come from playing instruments for tips, hacking, writing books, selling items through plopsy, or creating outfits in Trendi.

Next, Bailee opens the Winter seasonal seed packs that she had in her inventory and switching aspirations to Freelance Botanist, plants some potatoes, snowdrops and Christmas roses and then waters them. (I often switch aspirations as I play depending on what my sim is doing). (Note: This sounded like a great plan, but 2 weeks later and nothing is ready for harvest as yet.)

She decided to open a Social Bunny account, and did her first posts. She has three teen friends on here, Ash Harjo, Kaori Nishidake (from Mt. Komorebi), and Hugo Villareal (from Windenburg).

Since she had already done her homework and played chess for her Chess Team, she decided that she would explore her neighborhood. She collects more collectibles. She also discovered that there was a grilling area near her home to the left near the water. To the right was also a small park with a chess set (across from ThriftTea). Straight ahead was the Lakeview Library with computers, a chess table and washrooms. There were also outdoor public restrooms across from the library. This would help until she got a toilet and shower.

As it gets dark, Bailee heads over to the grilling area and grills some fish she has in her personal inventory. It's different eating alone, but she knows she will meet more sims. Tomorrow is the first day of high school and Bailee is feeling rather excited about it.
