Face plastering ^
Also taking body parts isn't necessarily face plastering, but almost a line between plastering and bad photoskinning. It can also be the equivalent to face plastering, because you could've easily just put your sims face on the original image. It's sort of a way for people to "cheat" around that face plastering rule. Some people don't mind, but most you won't see do it, at least not for a comp.
A good example of good "photoskinning" is people like Circa :

I believe she takes real life hair, clothes, and skin texture (sometimes) and puts it onto her sim. She doesn't take the real life body part *itself* This also requires some work to actually adapt it to the sim. This is usually the kinda stuff you can do. The stuff Mizorie Yukii does mostly. (minus hair,, and skin texture part)
Coencia does more face plastering, where she puts her sims face or head on a real life body
Or just takes the real life body into another background (This applies to not only real life body, but art drawn bodies):

This is not usually accepted in comps ^ AS you can see the sims face is the only thing on the photo. While she did an amazing job at it, its usually frowned upon in comps.
(she doesnt do this always)
Because circa has to take the work to combine each individual part to fit her sim, its acceptable.
Coencia while does it very good, just blends her sims face into another image.
Though in the end drawing everything from scratch is the most impressive, to me. What Circa does and Coencia is pretty talented, althought Coencia's is not accepted.
