There is a really good Mod for the Sims 4 that is about Fame and becoming a Celebrity. Is it called Road to Fame, created by SACRIFICIAL. In it you can become a Model, be Simtagram famous (a parody of Instagram, which I agree should be implemented in the game officially), you can have your own NPC, or deliberately picked bodyguard and assistant, paparazzi are abound depending on your Celebrity level, there being Levels 1-5, and you can always have meet and greets. The newest updates adds the ability to receive, and give gifts to Celebrities.
I personally am in favor of this becoming official content in the Sims 4. Especially since we live in such a social media world, with everyone obsessed with being on their phone and updating their statuses.
