I grew up in the Los Angeles area and remember seeing so many old homes in the downtown area of the suburbs even lived in one. So I had to try my hand at recreating one of the backdrop homes here. Has basic furnishings nothing else save for a few nice things like a TV. Moveobjects was on for placing the plants near front steps.
Also in the spirit of trying to make sure my homes are available to as many people as possible, this home was built using only Get Famous as it was built in the World from the expansion and base game items!
The house has the bare minimum furnishings and the lower end, cheap ones save for the TV. So your Sim will need to give the inside some love to make it their own.
