Modern Home is very nice! :) It fits very well with Oasis Springs and it is great that it is base game only.Very nice fenced outdoors dining patio! Sims will enjoy cooking on the bbq there and eating meals in the outdoors air. Very nice furnishing of the interior.The floor rugs add a nice look to the rooms. The yellow coloured sofas are nice and sunny in the living room.
