Swimming pool improvements for 2023

Curved edges !! I want curved pools!!

Also things that would be cool :

- Pool slides!!
- A basic diving board would be nice
- An inflatable ball/beach ball
- Volleyball nets
- Buoys
- A way for toddlers and infants to get in the pool with another sim (wearing arm floaties.)
- waterfalls
