@Kacie1692 i never ran into an issue with running out of townies as i found the game generates new homeless townies.(view manage town) This problem should not occur unless you have a mod that prevents the creation of new townies. If you are concerned
a way around the rule is to use the hashtag #legacyloves in the gallery there are skillless single sims that you can add to the game and as you did not create them they can be classed as townies. Hope this is helpful. Happy Simming!! ☺
