Havent done this challenge before, but i would love to test it. Just have a few questions.

Does this mean that they can purchase the computer without completing the Tech Guru – Start-Up Entrepreneur Branch, or do they have to complete that first in order to purchase the computer? And if they can use it, can they also use it to research?
