Like @Katofhyrule12 said, there are a lot of options you can do, @Midday! Talking to plants is my personal go-to when I run this challenge, though it does take a gardening level of 4. Your Sim won't die from being lonely, it just makes the moods a bit harder to mitigate while you build up that gardening.
