Part three:
It was a fine spring morning. Susan was having leftover cookies for breakfast,

Connor was entertaining little Delaney... when all of a sudden, someone rang the bell.

Spoiler
"Where's the baby? Is everything okay? I brought diapers and if something-"

"Wow, steady there... i told you everything is okay but you still flew all the way from San Myshuno to Windenburg just to give us diapers?"
"Well what'd you think - you move out of town and I'm not worrying for you anymore?"

"Hey there, kiddo, aren't you just the most adorable thing ever... Connor?"
"Yeah..?"
"Why is your baby so unhappy?"

Pretty soon in turned out, that everything was a disaster. The crib was the wrong size, the lightning in the room was too bright, the baby clothing was uncomfortable. At least Angel thought so.
"Terrible parenting, Connor. Terrible parenting!"

To Connors relief, Susan swooped in to save the day. She assured Angel that its been proven that smaller cribs are better for babies, the lightning is perfectly fine and the clothing is perfect. Little by little, Angel began to admit that he's been slightly overreacting.
"But only slightly!" he added. "Im still leaving you diapers cause the ones you're using are just... just wrong, okay?"

Then they all had cookies. Because what else can you do on an empty farm.
"She's beautiful." said Angel. "What'd you name her?"
"Delaney." replied Connor with a huge smile.
"Delaney? The poor kid, why would you name her with a surname?"
"Thats not a surname!" Susan was obviously hurt.
"Hey, i'm Irish and i know an Irish surname when i hear it. Thats called terrible parenting and she's going to be teased at in school and everything will turn out horrible and- don't you think Jasmine just suits her more?"
"No." said Connor and Susan in one voice.

After lunch time Susan went to feed Delaney, Connor was on dish-washing duty.I have no idea why, but my sims refused to wash the dishes in the old sink so i had to replace it with this one. Those sims bugs are deeply annoying!
"So." started Angel. "Hows your life here so far? Enjoying living off the grid, far away from civilisation?"
"Its not that bad, dad." Connor laughed. "We have electricity, the plumbing is fine, the internet is quite laggy but still works... plus, Windenburg centre with malls and fancy restaurants is only a couple of miles away."
"I guess I've just lived my whole life in the city, so i can't possibly understand this stuff. But i mean- you don't have a computer, your house looks like it'll fall in pieces any minute!.." Angel sighed.

"Look, all I'm trying to say, is that if you ever have problems- financial, for instance, because you're obviously struggling with money-"
"I'm fine, dad. Honestly. Everything is fine."
"But you can always count on my help. You know that, right?"
"Yeah. Thanks." Connor smiled. Surely his dad was one of the overprotective types. And who could blame him? He missed out on ten years of his sons life...

After a few days of gameplay my sims finally started brushing their teeth and drinking water twice a day. This is harder then i thought!
