The Cape Cod (new)

The Cape Cod is a lovely family home! :) Very nice exterior design, interior layout and roofing! The sunken pool and hot tub patio is very nice. Very lovely interiors! The white colour scheme is very nice and gives a lovely light and calming feel and look to the home. Very nice sofa and armchairs sitting areas for Sims to enjoy resting near the fire and chatting, or enjoying watching tv together. The colours of the beds in the bedrooms are lovely to complement with the white colour scheme.
It is a very nice country farmhouse! :)
