Hi, I am currently playing this challenge (except that I remove a zero from all point scores because I'm bad at math and don't like high numbers) and I was wondering if there's any rules regarding Cats & Dogs? Am I allowed to use a mod to increase the household size to 9 so I can have a pet while at the same time still having the original amount of space for the kids?
