Great question @Duvelina. I've found WordPress to be the most versatile and helpful for what I want it to do. There's lots of tutorials out there too so you can look stuff up easily. I've been using WP for over 10 years now and I'm happy with it. I also used Blogger/Blogspot back in the day, but I haven't been on recently so I'm not sure I can give you accurate feedback.
