I decided to walk away from the computer last night and date night with hubby helped keep me distracted and having fun. Today I logged on and the welcome screen was back and I can log in, but I still can't download store content or CC and my game version is reading 0.0.0. I'm not sure but I think this means I need to update and I can't figure out how to do this manually. Currently doing research.
On the plus side, I'm learning a lot about my computer and where files are and how to change default settings.

Hmmm... that is aggravating! I wonder if there are any decent help forums online for TS3... did you try EA's bug/help forum?
