I feel more organized by keeping it on a spreadsheet. I know what names I've used, which men have been dads and I also put on there at what point I use the fertile trait. I also have it broken down by how many kids she had as a YA vs. an adult. I used to close my eyes and do a random pick and then I figured out how to use the generator so I started using that.
That's quite the information you like to have lol.
