With some bunk beds it would be possible. The house has three bedrooms, although all are rather tiny. Let's wait for the ultrasound scan, haha. I'm not entirely sure if and how this mod changes anything about the probabilities of getting twins or triplets, but I'm pretty sure twins are still a thing.
